MYMASAL EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND AWARENESS NATIONAL PROGRAMs
NOTE: EACH PROGRAM WILL BE MANAGED PROVINCIALLY
1. Majita Mental Monday (MMM) -
To educate and strengthen men and unity through open discussions and dialogue, with the prevention of Crime, and GENDER BASED VIOLENCE AND FEMICIDE(GBVF) (Men Empowerment)
2. Women Empowerment Wednesday (WEW) -
To encourage and educate women to strengthen, unite, support one another and be more open with reporting any form of abuse. (Women Empowerment)
3. Workplace Healthy Environment (WHE) -
To educate employers and employees about mental health and causes, to create safe and healthy work environments. Businesses, Companies, Firms, Medical Institutions, Mines, Educational institutions (Foundation phase to Tertiary phase) etc.
4. Parental Responsibility (PR) -
To educate and encourage responsible parenting, to prevent any form of harm, or abuse without parents noticing the effect it has to their child/children. (School Parents Meetings)
5. Social Development Organisations Funding (SDOF) -
To support and fund NPOs and NGOs providing educational and health programs to communities that align with contributing to a better and safe social environment for everyone.
6. Food For All (FFA) -
To provide meals through canteens for the homeless and the unfortunate.
7. After School Learning Programs (ASLP) -
To encourage, educate, assist and support learners who might need assistance with their school work.

INTRODUCTION

1. INTRODUCTION MYMASAL SAFE PSYCLE DEVELOPMENT is a commitment to promoting mental health awareness and creating safe spaces where individuals can openly express themselves without fear of judgment or stigma.

2. PROBLEM STATEMENT
Mental health challenges among youth and young adults, including adults are increasing, yet many individuals:
- Lack safe environments to express themselves
- Face stigma when speaking about mental health
- Do not have access to basic mental health education
- Struggle with emotional regulation and identity This often leads to isolation, poor decision-making, and unaddressed psychological distress.

3. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION
SAFE PSYCLE provides structured safe space programs that combine:
- Guided group discussions
- Emotional expression sessions
- Mental health education
- Practical coping strategies Every program creates a supportive environment where participants can explore their mental and emotional well-being.

4. OBJECTIVES
- To reduce stigma around mental health
- To provide safe platforms for emotional expression
- To improve emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- To equip participants with coping mechanisms
- To promote peer support and community connection

5. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURE
SAFE PSYCLE delivers:
- Weekly safe space sessions
- Mental health workshops
- Short-term mental health camps Each session includes guided discussions, expression opportunities, and practical tools for emotional well-being.
